The stove is at the heart of the home in winter. But it is also an installation that needs an annual service to work properly, use the right amount of fuel and avoid problems. We service pellet and wood-burning stoves of all brands — from cleaning the burner to the exhaust flue. Family business since 1990, with more than 500 installations serviced in Catalonia.
What does your stove service include?
Complete inspection according to the type of stove. Nothing is left unchecked.
Burner and combustion chamber
This is the part that gets dirtiest. Proper cleaning can restore up to 15% energy efficiency and reduce pellet consumption.
Feed system (pellets)
We check the auger, sensors and automatic ignition system to ensure reliable start-up every time.
Heat exchanger
When it is dirty, the stove has to work harder to produce the same heat. We clean it so that it performs at its best using less fuel.
Exhaust flue
Complete cleaning and inspection of the flue pipe, from the stove to the exterior outlet of the building.
Seals, gaskets and glass
We check the condition of all seals and the glass. A worn seal allows cold air in and can cause smoke to escape into the room.
Full operational test
Before we leave, we start the stove and check that everything is working correctly. We leave it ready for winter.

Call us before the season — September and October are our busiest months. The earlier you book, the more appointment times you can choose from.
We arrive and carry out the diagnosis
We inspect the overall condition of the stove before we start. We explain what we find and confirm the exact price.
Complete inspection and cleaning
We remove the accessible components, clean them, check them for wear and refit them. Flue cleaning included.
Operational test and report
We start the stove and check that it is working correctly. We provide you with a report on the service carried out.

How much does it cost?
A full service of a standard pellet stove has an indicative price of 90 to 160 euros. Wood-burning stoves are usually at the lower end of the range. The exact price depends on the model, condition and what we find. We confirm it before we start.

Frequently asked questions about stoves
How often should a pellet stove be serviced?
Once a year, preferably in summer or early autumn. If you use it every day throughout winter, a mid-season service is also recommended.
Which brands do you work with?
Edilkamin, MCZ, Extraflame, Palazzetti, Ferroli, Rika, Jøtul, Aduro, Invicta and most brands on the Catalan market. If you are unsure about your model, call us and we will confirm straight away.
Do you have original spare parts?
Yes. We stock spare parts for the main brands. If we find a worn component during the service, we show it to you and give you a quote for replacement before doing any work.
Does the service include the exhaust flue?
Yes, we include inspection and cleaning of the exhaust flue. If the flue has more complex problems, we note them in the report and provide a quote for the solution.
