What can affect the final price?
Type of installation
An open-fire chimney is not the same as a pellet insert. The type of installation determines the time and materials required.
Condition of the flue
A flue with heavy soot build-up or blockages requires more work than one that is maintained regularly.
Accessibility
Hard-to-reach flues, unusual heights or uncommon configurations may require additional work.
Combined services
If you combine cleaning with a camera inspection or other checks, the total price is usually lower than booking them separately.

Questions about prices and the service
Is the price you give me final or can it increase?+
The price we give you before we start is the price on the invoice. We never charge more than agreed. If we identify an additional problem during the service, we tell you before taking action and always obtain your approval.
Is there an additional travel charge?+
Travel is charged according to the actual distance from our base in Igualada (minimum 10€), which you can see calculated in the calculator above. It is never added later as a surprise charge: it is always included in the fixed price we confirm before the appointment.
What happens if the final price increases once you are at my home?+
It will not increase without your authorisation. We work with fixed-price quotes. If we find something unexpected during the service (for example, a severe blockage), we explain it, give you the new price and you decide whether or not to continue. No pressure.
Do you issue a certificate or invoice for the service?+
Yes. After each service, we issue an invoice with full details of the work carried out. For a camera inspection, we also provide a written report on the condition of the flue. Useful for home insurance or residential communities.
