In compliance with the GDPR and the LOPD-GDD, we inform you that the personal data collected by El Foc a Terra through the forms provided on its pages will be incorporated into and processed in our records in order to facilitate, expedite and fulfil the commitments established between El Foc a Terra and the User, maintain the relationship established through the forms completed by the User, or respond to a request or enquiry. The categories of data processed by El Foc a Terra are solely identification data. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR processed.
